Our LED neon signs are designed to replace a traditional glass neon sign. As they use LEDs encased in plastic, rather than gas encased in glass, they produce relatively no heat and are shatter proof, so they are perfectly safe around children and pets.

Yes, new neon is about 5% brighter than traditional glass neon, and the cool thing is that you can use the included remote to dim the sign if you wish.

Our LED signs do not require professional maintenance or installation. They are designed to be simple to install and come with a plug-and-play wiring solution. Just take it easy to follow the installation process and power connection method which shows on the synopsis within your package. If ordering an extra-large neon sign, it might be advisable to consult a specialist before installing onto drywall or plasterboard particularly as our large signs might come in 2 pieces and you need to make sure that the wall is strong enough to bear the weight of the signs. Also, having someone help with alignment helps to get it right the first time.

YES! When you custom/shop neon signs at konvoct, PLEASE choose the waterproof material.

We are unable to offer any refunds or returns as all our signs are made by orders. Although it allows you the freedom to design each sign and approved by you for manufacture, there's little we can do to change or alter your request. Fortunately, we will make every effort to monitor the quality of neon signs you ordered and provide 100% satisfied with you.
