Order processing and shipping occur within 3-5 business days.For United States, it is estimated 5-8 business days for transit and delivery. The product is expected to be delivered within 13 business days from the order date.
For other countries, please follow the logistic information provided with shipment or contact us at support@konvoct.com.
*Note: The delivery date is the courier delivery date, which can be found by following the prompts in your tracking information.
Return & Refund
Konvoct provides returns and refunds solely for faulty items. Konvoct is dedicated to addressing any concerns and will strive to resolve the issue by fixing, replacing, fully refunding, or partially refunding the product. The ultimate decision on resolving faulty products, which may include reimbursements for the product price and/or shipping, is determined on a case-by-case basis depending on the cause of the fault and rests entirely with our discretion.
Damaged In Transit
We recommend opening your Konvoct parcel upon delivery. In the unlikely event that your sign has been damaged in transit, Konvoct will ensure that a resolution is provided.
Damage must be reported within 7 days of delivery of your Konvoct sign to be eligible for a replacement. Damage or faults reported after this time period will follow our general returns and refunds policy and will not be covered under warranty.
Warranty
Our LED neon signs are manufactured with care and quality controlled to the highest standards to ensure you receive a good condition neon sign.
All of our LED neon signs come with warranty periods of 1-year. Warranty coverage for hardwired & installed signs, such as LEDs, power adapters, connectors, controllers, remotes, etc.
It is important that you follow the installation and operation instructions before you enjoy the signs for the first time, because failure to adhere to these instructions could seriously damage your product and void your warranty.
If you are aware of a problem with your products, you should take photos and videos of any defective parts as soon as possible. These photos and videos should show us the element or component which at fault clearly and it will assist us in investigating the root cause.
You need to contact us within 48 hours of first having been aware of any problems if you are making a claim under your warranty.
*Note: Warranty does not cover misuse, accidental breaking and any damage in use.
Lost, Missing & Stolen Signs
Konvoct takes all necessary care to ensure our signs are delivered safely to our customers. We use a premium express shipping service that requires a signature on delivery. The customer may request to opt out of the signature on delivery directly through the shipping service once the shipment process has begun. Please be aware that if you choose to opt out of the signature on delivery requirement, we will take no responsibility for lost, missing, or stolen parcels that have been marked as ‘delivered’ by the shipping service.
To initiate a claim, you must be done within 7-day of receipt of your order, please send an email via support@konvoct.com with the following:
- a clear photo of the damage to the sign;
- a clear photo of the box & any damage to the outer box;
- a clear photo of the shipping label on the box.
